Playing with Blueprints...again x
Well for Today's make I have again played with my much loved Blueprint stamps, I love how these can be used for so many versatile ways and the blueprint lines can be chopped off to create almost another stamp...cool eh? So here is my Autumn coloured make using Halloween Blueprints 2:
And if you are interested here is the same stamp used with all the blueprint lines in my make here . So I started by embossing the frame using a texture fade which has a great frame for holding an image and can be used sideways of so the oval runs top to bottom. To house my pumpkin I twisted this and embossed so the frame goes across the card.
For the flowers I cut some flowers and leaves from the tattered floral and tattered leaves dies and then inked and spritzed with water when dry I shaped and curled. I added a small rusty bell to the centre, but all sorts of things look great for the centre. I also spritzed them with a mini mister full of peeled paint re-inker and water.
Now onto the pumpkin, I love colouring my blueprints using Distress markers and a waterbrush, but wanted to show if you don't own these you can still colour them in other ways. For this pumpkin I smooshed some ripe persimmon and spiced marmalade Distress stain onto my craft sheet and dipped some cardstock in and dried and repeated until happy. Then stamped on my pumpkin ( Halloween Blueprints 2 ) in archival ink.
To complete I added a sentiment from the ever so useful simple sayings set.
Well hope you like my Autumnal make and I will be back later in the month x

Absolutely stunning! What a wonderful creation!!! Love what you did with the stamp but I have to say my absolute favourite bit is how the flowers and leaves had turned out!!
