A Box of Flowers

Well I did mention that I was a bit addicted to making these pop up box cards! I am sharing another one today but made with the fabulous Graphic 45 Botanical Tea Papers.

You can find the tutorial for making the box HERE at Split Coast Stampers. The link is to the photo step by step but scroll down if you would prefer to watch the video.

The small 6" x 6" Botanical Tea Stack is just the perfect size for this box and it is so easy to cut the papers to get some fabulous layering and colours.

For my pop ups I have used some Hero Art Butterflies and Flowers, a few handmade flowers from the Tattered Florals die, leaves from the Spring Greenery Die, stamps cut from the Graphic 45 papers and the birthday wishes from Tim's Classic Simple Sayings stamp set. They all "bounce" around quite nicely on thin strips of clear packaging.

I still get such a kick out of folding these cards to lie flat! They really are little stunners and to think they will go inside an envelope is just amazing.

If you have a rotary cutter with a scorer attachment you can make the box in no time and then have all the fun decorating it.

Thank you for joining me today and I hope you have a go at making one of these (if you haven't already!).

Jennie

PS: My apologies for the blurry/shadowy photographs! Sometimes the sun is so strong here it is difficult to find a good spot without shadows.
