I believe in Angels...

I have a good friend who adores angels so I made this Christmas card for her...

I started with an old vintage map paper from my treasure chest and used a matching lace effect corner and border die cut from textured gold mirricard.

Tim's Classics set #9 has two gridded angel stamps in - this is one of them inked up with the Ranger blue cobalt archival ink pad. I 'dirtied' it a little by rubbing some Old paper distressed ink over it before mounting it. (The sentiment stamp is one of Barbara Gray's.)

I added some almost clear beads top and bottom of the border to lift it.

This ribbon started out as plain cream. I dabbed distress stain on my ink mat, sprayed some water over it and dragged the ribbon through it several times before drying it with a heat gun.

Have a lovely weekend playing,

Chris xxx
